Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
IF AN ASSOCIATE WAS GIVING INFORMATION TO GET AN AWARD CARD AND THAN TOOK THE INFORMATION AND USE IT FOR HIMSELF WITH OUT MY PERMISSION THE ASSOICATE CALLED ME AT MY HOME 3 TIMES LAST NIGHT STARTING AT 10 PM HOW I KNOW I HAVE CALL WAITING AND I WAS HANG UP THE OTHER LINE AND IT RANG BACK I THOUGHT IT WAS THE PERSON I WAS TALKING TO BUT WHEN I SAID HELLO AND IS THIS THE PERSON I JUST GOT THRU TALKING TO AND THE ASSOICATE SAID NO HE WAS CHARLES FROM STAPLES AND I DID NOT GIVE HIM MY NUMBER HE GOT OFF THE APPLICATION FOR THE AWARD CARD HE CALLED ME 3 TIMES LAST NITE I AM A SINGLE MOM AND I WAS AFRAID TO GO TO SLEEP AND MY BLOOD PRESSURE WAS UP BECAUSE I DONT KNOW IF HE GOT MY ADDRESS TO OFF THE PAPER I AM AFRAID WHAT IS MY RIGHTS WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THIS WITHOUT BEING AFRAID THAT HE MIGHT KNOW WHERE I LIVE

Calm down.... take a deep breath. You never know if someone is dangerous or not, but I understand your fear. This guy may be calling for a legitimate purpose from Staples, or he may be a psycho. Call Staples and report the incident. If you are in fear, call the police. If you are still in fear, obtain a restraining order. I can't think of anything else to do.
