Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

automobile service

What are my rights concerning automotive repair? Problem: I had my 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan in to fix a transmission fluid leak. Three times I have driven the vehicle away and brought it back because it still leaks.

If you are not satisfied with the repairs, you can always request a refund which will probably not be given. Failing such, you can take the repair shop to court in the small claims division. You can also file a complaint with whatever consumer affairs department(s) are available in your area.
