Help my used car is broke!

I bought a used car 25 days ago and now there is something wrong with the transmission it is a 2003 Audi with 66,000 mi Is there anything I can do? is there a time frame on used cars that the dealer is responsible for the repair??

The warranty is dependent upon whatever the dealer offered you at the time of the transaction. You should return to the dealer with the automobile and discuss your needed transmission repair. I believe all used cars must come with at least a 30 day warranty but may require a co-pay or deductible by the purchaser. Read the documents you received when you purchased the car to determine what your rights may be.

Unless you have a warranty or some kind of agreement in the contract, you are probably out of luck. It's a used car, not a new one. Read your contract.
