Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

Deceptive Car Loan agreements

I bought my 1st car last Aug. It was used. I have very good credit two fulltime jobs and was my 1st car loan ever. At the time Dealership informed me the only fin institution who would finance me had a very high int rate. Told me in 6 mon refi w/credit union. At 6 mon went to the same CU and was told they had no idea why you were given such a high int rate, Also called Ford Credit and was told they never applied for Ford 1st time buyer and had they they would have apporved it at a much lesser int rate. At 6 mon I went to 2 CU and was told the vehicle wasn't going to be approved at the amount of payoff because it was far overpriced. It's not the pricing issue I am asking about. It was the deception of the loan officer at dealership. Being I was 19 yrs old I feel I was taken advantage of???
