left over new car 2007

my wife bought a car and signed for a 2007 eclipse we asked for the price and they gave us monthly quotes it turned out the car she bought was not the same one they aske us to come in and sign a new contract . it turned out the pric we were getting was only 10000.00 cheaper the inter net price was 3000.00 cheaper we have the car but not the right vin number we want to get her 3100.00 back and forget the deal. the car we got also had no audio controls on steering wheel the msrp sticker states that it has / the other car has no sticker at all and when we calle for the new insurance the one we have now was 50.00 cheaper for a 6month period also a 2007same color the told us it was comp equipped.can we void the the deal being we have the wrong car

Probably. But it's going to take a lawsuit. Any car dealer who would pull a switch and bait knows that it will probably wound up in litigation. Contact a consumer attorney ASAP.

I believe that you are entitled to the car you contracted for -- but not to void the contract entirely.
