Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

I purchased a used 2006 Saab convertible last month or so from dealership. I discover convertible top not working plus other repairs need to be done. The dealership gave me a loaner it's going on 3 weeks. Each time I call dealership parts on back order and hard to gets parts due to Saab in bankruptcy. I would like to cancel contract...what is my recourse.

Unless you purchased a warranty on this vehicle, used cars are sold "as is" and you would have no recourse. If you did get a warranty, you would have to look at it to figure out what recourse, if any, you have. You cannot just cancel the contract, they gave you the car and you paid for it, or got financing. Saab filed bankruptcy many months ago and this fact was known when you purchased. Thus, the unavailability of parts was foreseeable. You must look to the contract for the sale to determine any recourse you may have according to it. It probably requires arbitration prior to filing suit, and is drafted heavily in favor of the dealership.
