Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

My bank which is in florida but headquatered in pa has been served with a levy from a judgement issued in 2008 which i just found out about since i was never served. can this be levied against my ira account which is with the florida branch... i moved to florida from nj in 2009

IRA s are exempt in Florida, but you must file such a claim with the court immediately. I do not know the PA laws.
