Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

We bought into ownership in Hilton Grand Vacations back in 2013. Still owe $21m. Do we have any recourse for getting out from under this contract? Our credit is really good and we don't want to hurt it, but this has got to go!!!

Probably not, unless the other side has performed in such a way as to breach the agreement. Talk about a longshot way of getting out of the contract. The fact of the matter is that you entered into this contract - you made a bargain. The fact that the bargain has turned sour for you 2 years into it is not a legal reason for a Court to let you walk away from it. Selling your interest is likely the only way to get out of it
