Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
How can I cancel MSN dialup that is automatically monthly debited and not acessed for over 10 years.
The hotmail account and password has been voided permanently and cannot be used per MSN contract.
The MSN customer service center cannot help without a current account and password. MSN headquarter in Redmont, Ca. will send your letter back. If I stop the automatic debit to my MSN account, I will be sued. How do I proceed without being sued. Please ask your law professor this difficult case. Thanks. Please reply if you can help. Thanks.

Close the account to delete access. When you get a letter or notice from them, then take to an attorney.
