Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

How can I get a collections account removed from my credit report when the creditor has failed to ever validate the debt (in over 6 months since validation was requested)? They have also violated FDCPA by continuing to try to collect in spite of never responding to validation request.

The FDCPA does not apply to creditors, only to 3rd party debt collectors. Validating the debt has nothing to do with your credit report.

I handle credit report cases and collection cases. Florida has its own law on debt collection and it is not limited to collection companies. See www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com
