Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I cosigned an APPLICATION FORM (NOT A CONTRACT/AGREEMENT FORM) with a vendor for paint. I never received any copies or documents indicating the dollar amount or terms etc. What Am I legally responsible for?
