Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
A credit card Attorneys have requested the following information from my mortgage company.
1) Copy of credit app or the information upon which you relied to grant or approve credit for John Doe.
2)Front and back copies of the last three items or the bank account routing number and account number provided as payment for John Doe
3)Any and all current addresses and telephone numbers for both residental and employment for John Doe
What are they trying to do ? Bank accounts the primary is my wife not me.
