Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Foreign Judgement

Clerk of Courts of Okaloosa County has filed a foreign judgement against me in the public records. This has never gone to court here and the affidavit shows no case number. Did the Clerk jump the gun and file this before it has been adjudicated?
