Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

a friend owes me 3000 for over a year now, due to her owning her own accounting office and things being hard i kept letting her slide paying me, then in sept we agreed to be romates i moved in with her till dec, she told me that she would pay me 200 a month and during tax season try to get me paid more. when i moved i typed that up and we signed it, except she added that she would try the 200 during tax season. so now she hasnt paid me anything she owes me dec, jan, i talked to her and she says that the only reason she told me 200 was because i moved in wiht her, but that she was still going to try to pay me, that she owes a lot of bills and clients arent paying her right now, i told her i have let her slide too long,

i want to know what i can do, or send her on a more legal form and basis i dont have the monety to take her to court right now, about all i have is a little money for forms to send her, i just need some guidlines here as to what to try and do

thank you

Take her to small claims court. The forms are online at your local county court.
