Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

My ex girlfriend and I bought a house together 10 years ago and we split up about 5 years ago. She never took her name off the mortgage and she is now filing for bankruptcy.. how will this effect me or the mortgage?

Who has been paying mortgage? As long as it is paid, bank should not care .
