Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

A judegement was filed against me in florida court. From what I read it was caused by a judgement being transferred from California court. I never received any notification about a california court case or the issuance of a california judgement against me. I was never notified about a court appearance in florida. How does this happen?

Lack of jurisdiction may be raised. You will have to prove you were never served with process and have a meritorious defense. If you can move court to vacate the judgment. good luck.
