Judgement on Repo Car

I had two vehicle repos about 1 to 3yrs ago. Now I received a summons for one vehicle claiming the difference plus lawyers fees and requesting a judgement if not answered in 20 days. The other vehicle was a leased vehicle and I receive a letter from an attorney that they want to sue. This happen at a time where I was laid off and my wife is disabled. I really don't have the money to pay this at this time. What can I do? or what can they do to us?

You have the option of working out a repayment plan, lump sum payment and finally file bankruptcy
