Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

What legal action can a credit card company(unsecured debt) or their representative take against you if the debt is legitimate and if they can sue, what assets can they attach to or not attach to?

They can't get your home. If you are head of the household, their ability to garnish wages is limited. Bank accounts and assets are fair game, though.
