Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I lent some one $3,800 over a year ago. person agreed to pay the highest interest allowed by law. person is not paying according to schedule. I am planning to sue. once I have judgement, how can I ATTACHED the person's BANK ACCOUNT and FUTURE EARNING??

Without an appropriate order granted by the court, you cannot garnish either bank accounts or wages. Until you prove your case or the defendant does not answer, a

court will not issue the order.
