I live in Florida

Am currently unemployed

Last month I received a court ordered judgement against an unsecure credit card.

Yesterday the police came and took my car that was paid in full with a value of about $9K. They said it was for this judgement.

The car was not purchased with this credit card.

Is this legal?

Probably. You should have responded to the writ of possession that was sent to you. It might have been exempt if you claimed it on time.
