Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

My mortgage company taylor, bean & whitaker was closed by the feds in august 2009. i did find out about this until i received a letter from bank of america on 9/1/2009, stating that i had not paid my august payment. i told them that tb&w received my payment via overnight mail. i was instructed to put a stop payment on my check, and i did. since 9/1, and every month thereafter, i receive calls from bac collection center. during the month of dec 2009, i received approximately 23 collection calls between 12/8 - 12/12. just this month, i have received 5 calls to find out that my payment had posted. i told the rep, that my payment coupon says due on the 1st and late after the 16th. i have never experienced this type of harrasement. help, what do i need to do to stop the calls.
