Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Does this offense require booking ?
I recently applied for a second part time job . Upon doing a background check it was discovered I have a warrant for a returned check from 2006 . I was not aware of it . At that time my drug addicted husband cleaned out my bank account on several occasions and I remember having several returned checks that I cleared up . This one must have fallen through the cracks because I would never have left it unpaid . I am so embarrassed and terrified of going to jail . My question is : Will I actually be booked and held prior to seeing a Judge ? I will anxiously await a response . I have never,EVER been in any trouble with the law !
