Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I have paid with a credit card for a 3 day class on real estate $1997.00. just 3 days of what one man did to buy and rent out homes. I have sold homes in md. years ago and was not overly impressed. but what really got me pissed off was the last day Sunday about 2 o'clock. They said now you and your partner can for $30,000.00 we can take you to los vegas and have our partners take you hand in hand and show how to do what we have told you about for 3 days.i have disputed the almost 2 thousand dollars. two days ago someone from the class co. called and asked to settle for $500.00' and is sending me an email to sign and I think they should just keep $300.00 with is what they charged the partners that paid more.

I am a bit confused. I am not sure what you are asking. You want to know if you should take the $500.00 in settlement or should you pursue with the refund of $1997.00 minus $300.00? If this is the case, then it is hard to give advice without seeing the contract you entered into with the people running the class. Did they guarantee satisfaction or money back? Also, what about the $30,000 class. Did you take that? I'd really like to help you, but I need more information. I suggest you see an attorney and let him/her see the contract you signed and let you know your options.
