Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I recenly appeared in Pasco County, Fl. to defend myself to a charge of owing a unpaid credit card debit, in which I previosly pled not quilty. The Plantiffs lawyer never showed up and the court - "dismissed without prejudice" the action. My question is- How long does the plantiff have to refile this case? Anotherwords, how long will I have this hanging over me utill Im sure I will not get another knock on my door my the police serving me with another Summons?

The statute of limitations for breach of a written contract is 5 years.
