Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

student loan error

I consolidated my student loans after grad schl. All the loans were with same lender. I have the copies of all signed promiss.notes. After UG, I started getting notices from a different lender. I sent them a copy of the promissory notes showing I never signed with them. They said they would investigate & put my loan in forebearance. I have researched all my loans & all I owe I am paying through the consol.

lender. These guys are bugging me about a loan I never signed with them. I sent them all my paperwork & they still are staining my credit! - Don't they have to prove I owe them?! I've showed them I borrowed the max amount & am already paying that in the consolidation - they just ignore me . What recourse do I have?
