Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Hi, just to ask you that how many time some one can change the lawyer and hearing date can be changed?

because i have a hearing held on 15 nov-2010 and the opposite party is keep delaying the hearing and now they changed the new lawyer and asking for new hearing date.

just trying to gain some more time.

please advice me on this.

and does mediation is mandatory for any case or you can skip tat and have final hearing?

This is usually up to the discretion of the presiding judge. In most circumstances, without good reason, cases are not to be continued over and over.
