Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I understand that in Florida bank accounts cannot be garnished or attacked if you can show that they are wages or disability payments, or that you are the head of household, whatever that means. The question is: can unsecured creditors attack your spouse's bank account if the debts do not belong to your spouse because they were not in your spouse's name?

If spouse is not debtor and has own account, creditor cannot garnish. Want to know the law?
