Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I used to be 50% owner of a company that I sold my shares to in August and moved out of state. During the first year and a half we were importing cell phone parts from China and a couple packages got seized, that were branded with the Samsung logo. We subsequently quit importing and started buying parts from the states. Well today federal agents came in seized the rest of there branded material. They specifically mentioned my name as it was on some of the packages that were seized. My question what liability will I have in this as I am no longer part of the company. This is in Florida and we were a Llc.

These kinds of cases are usually considered "white collar offenses" They are VERY fact specific and usually involve a lot of administrative rules, UCC implications, international law in this case, and many other issues. In other words, this is WAY too complex to answer on this forum. You need to spend the time and money necessary to sit down with an attorney in your area that has experience in these types of matters. You could be facing anywhere from a fine to a long prison sentence and with those kind of consequences you definitely need an attorney by your side.
