Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Hello, I am 23 years of age and currently charged with an hit and run charge. The other party that hit me was at fault for the accident , but ultimately i am responsible for leaving the scene i was scared and 20 years of age at the time . This incident occurred in 2014 Racine WI, i haven't been able to attend my court hearing to resolve the issue because i live in Florida over the years i have been struggling homeless trying to gather my money together for this incident I moved to Florida with hopes of help from my family but it was a fail. I have been on my own trying to resolve the issue. I have a bench warrant now for that city because i haven't been able to pay what i owe or appear and i haven't been given the chance to even set up any payment plans, to pay for the case. I am now responsible for appearing at court in person. I need some legal advice because with this hovering over my life it has prevented me from getting any really good jobs to even come up with money. Please can some one just assist me please with this issue. i need to know do i need a lawyer present to show that i am serious about getting the case resolved and sincere about what i have done even though i was the one injured and not at fault for the accident?

A Florida Attorney is not going to be able to help with this issue even though you may live here now. You need to contact a Wisconsin attorney to help you.
