Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

i was arrested for theft at my job. They say they have me on camera on 02/14/15 commiting the crime. The only issue with that is from 02/13/2015 - 02/16/ 2015 i was not only not on schedule (off those days). as well as In another state for valentines day. I have card statements of purchases made as well as my hotel reservation, confirmation and receipt. Can i fight this?

Yes you can and should fight this. Get an attorney to help you get this case dismissed. You're innocent unless proven guilty. An attorney can show the prosecutor your innocence.
