Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was at a bar and I got really wasted the bartender walked me out and a cop put me in a cab i did not have the money to pay for the cab so the cab driver asked me to get out I walked towards my car to get my keys for my home and was arrested for trespassing , i have to go to court tomorrow please advise

My advice is to get an attorney. This is the kind of charge that will follow you for a long time.
