My brother is locked up in jasper
Florida and he has been there exactly 7 months today. He was suppose to go to court today but I am wondering what he could face because the girl that he has the problems with is saying THREE different stories...

There are too many questions such as what court, where, why, etc. You need to talk to his attorney. His girlfriend's statements may have little bearing, or maybe a lot depending on what it is being used for.
