charges of violation of probabtion, while just having an unopen container in ca. no probabtion officer said alcohol waa an offense

There may not have been a condition of no alcohol, however, an open container charge, if charged as an ordinance violation, is still a criminal offense. Anytime you pick up a criminal offense, you can be charged with violating probation. You need an attorney right away.
