Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

is it the duty of a policeman to treat a man living by common law, to treat him by common law rights/rules/law rather than statutes?

i have no driver license contract for over 12 years and he gave me a ticket/citation

does the policeman have the athority to over-rule U.S. supreme court case law?

in a court of admirtly/maritime law isnt there supposed to be a contract i am party of, in order to be jurisdiction?

Your questions are all over the place. A policeman is bound by the law, including Supreme court decisions. Not sure what you are driving at, but the Supreme Court has said that driving is a privilege not a right, and therefore the states can put almost any restriction they want on that privilege. This includes driving without a license which is a second degree misdemeanor punishable by up to 60 days in jail. Not sure what admiralty law has to do with your question.
