I would like to know, if I can have my third degree aggreviated assault with deadly weapon esponge prom my record.

It can only be expunged after it has first been sealed, and you may or may not qualify to have it sealed.

If your case was originally dismissed, you may qualify for a sealing or expungment of your record.
