Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

CAN THIS BE EXPUNGED?

CHARGE:FELONY (possession without prescription) and Grand Theft (guilty by association)

**NO PAST CRIMINAL RECORD

I have doc. for the past year from my pharmacist that states the Morphine and Taizanidine were prescribed to me I have dates and NDC# 's

and medication was due to 2 motor vehicle accidents - NO DRUG PROBLEM

My Doctor of over 2 years gave me doc. that states I have Degenerative Disc Disease.

My lawyers from both my car accidents have given me proof of the dates of the car accidents to show the judge.

As far as Grand Theft charges I want judge to see the cameras because I never stole anything nor did I have anything to do with or have any clue what he stole.

Jason will testify that I did not play any role in his wrong doing. There is not enough evidence on either charges to convict me for this felony, yes I looked at him and thats it.

You can only get it expunged if the charges are dismissed. If it is not dismissed and you get a withhold of adjudication, then you may be able to get it sealed. Of course, your best bet is to get the charge dismissed or take it to trial and be found not guilty. Talk to your attorney or else hire one right away.
