Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My fiance had a capias warrant for a misdemeanor trespassing charge and appeared in court to give his service hours and clear up the charge. He was arrested in court that day (this past Tuesday). The judge said the dates of his volunteer hours were not correct. After waiting a few hours for him to be booked I saw he was given no bond. He was in the main jail for 2 days and then transferred to a different facility. He also has not been taken to magistrate since being arrested. Is it right for him not to have been taken to magistrate yet? to be given no bond? must he wait without knowing to get a court date?

Today I was searching for more information and on his case summary on the clerk of courts website the case says Disposed but like I explained he is locked up right now supposedly for that .. what does that mean ?

Disposed can mean several things depending upon each individual clerk's office. Because of that, I strongly suggest you talk to an attorney in your local area who may be able to figure what is going on when you meet with them.
