Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

When I finish a resonable price labor job for one person and shown her material and labor including extras jobs without charge, the lady did want pay for the difference of $42,50. After many argument and nothing I resolved to call the police for some report. I was waiting downstairs the police. When they came one prompetly said: "this is a civil case we can not handle it". But after minutes of some questions and answer...one "kind" of COP was with some strange action...with posture and looking me like a bad person. And they resolved to go upstair to see my job...I went together. I ask the lady in front of them: do you want to pay me? She say no. I left, but after "5 second" I resolved to come back to ask the last name of her. When I open the screen door and got into apt., a strange COP told me: Why did you come back? Do you know that you can be charge for traspass? -- I did care... I said: I came back to get her last name. They said: No. I left and resolved to wait them downstairs. When they came, one got into his car and the other was asking me something -- like instigating for more arguments. I was explaining and he said: STOP!! I stop waiting his finish talk and I continuing my argument...And he said: Do you know? I'm going to arrest you for traspass. I was in jail for one day. -- On the arraignment I said for the judge: NOT GUILT. I'm waiting for the trial.

WHAT CAN I SAY FOR THE JUDGE? PROBABLY THE COP(s) WILL LIE...FOR THAT ABSURD / ABUSE OF POWER.

The best way to handle this is to hire an attorney. They will be able to expose this ridiculous arrest for what it is. Good luck.
