Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
In FL Criminal Courts, can a 12 year old be forced to attend court for questioning? or can she be videotaped instead? She is a victim of an attempted kidnapping. Also, what is your opinion, if there were two people who identified the suspect, is there more evidence needed for prosecution? He is claiming , not guilty. tyvm

Yes. But you should cll the state attorney that is assigned the case and discuss your concerns with him/her.
