Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

So I'm not even sure if what happen is or isn't against the law or if I'd even have a case at all but if I do I would like to follow through with that being said someone keeps making threats at me fine whatever but hearing them again and again it gets old so I questioned this person and they told me it wasn't a threat but a promise and I have him saying this on recorded ( no he didn't know I was recording )

If you're being harassed the first thing you should do is call the police. If the police refused to do something then you need to contact a civil attorney for a possible suit for harassment. A criminal attorney is not going to be able to help you.
