Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I'm on house arrest and awaiting trial for 2 federal charges in FLA. A possession of a gun charge and a possession of 10g of cocaine charge. My gun charge was dropped. What am I looking to do for the 10g of cocaine?

Ask your lawyer. he federal guidlines have a sliding scale based on criminla history points that are given in your pre-sentence investigation. So it depends on what your score is and what the actual charges are.
