I took out few items in Arron's rent to own I was a great customer of there's I was stressed over certain things in my life trying to raise my daughter I moved from my address and took items I thought I had payed off but I didn't they sold my debt to a another party and now they wanna charge me with grand theft I wanted to work with them and make payment plan they said to come up with $500.00 I don't have that

They can't charge you with grand theft, ONLY the State Attorney can. However, you should continue to have a dialogue with them so that they don't push the state attorney into filing charges against you. Make a payment of what you can. If they cash it, then they understand it to be a payment of some sort. They'd be happy to get something rather than nothing. Of course, optimally you should pay the $500 to lessen the chance that charges get filed against you by the State.
