Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I left the united states while i was on probation(Probation Violation). i was only 12 years of age at the time. I am now 18 years old and i feel like coming back home. Will i be put into prison or arrested upon my entrance to the united states? How long will i be placed in jail if arrested? Can i Pay a fine and get it all over with? Will i be placed on probation again? HOW MUCH WILL BOND BE?

the bond depends on the underlying charge. It could range from nothing up to no bond at all. I don't know what you were on probation for, so I can't tell you now what the bond amount will be. If you would like to discuss particulars, give me a call.
