Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I live in a homeless shelter in FL.Staff will through out our bags, computer, and any personal items on the table if we go out to smoke or use the bathroom. Is this legal?

You need to take your personal items with you. They are invading your privacy so you should ask them to stop.
