Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My then on and off and now just ex and I, used to get in a lot of fights both verbally and physical at times from both ends, I know a bit about the law so I didn't want to get caught up in it but I was pressured to make a report by a friend several months ago who I later found out had ulterior motives in getting me to make the report. I made two reports at two separate times, both at the advice of this friend. Now, one of the two reports are now being used to bring a case. I do not want to get involved at all. I am told I might be subpoenaed in (and this is exactly the kinds of things I didn't want to happen), but how do I make sure I inform the D.A that I do not want to pursue not only the first report they seem to only mention but both reports? Or should I not mention the second one? Also, if subpoenaed in, can i plead the fifth ?

You simply call the state and tell you what you said here. That you didn't know and you don't want to go forward. They make the final decision though. No you can't plead the fifth as you are not being charged.
