Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hello my name is Maria and my brother got arrested and was charge with burglary/armed and the second charge was burglary/unoccupied dwelling.The first charge the court placed no bond with a punished by life and the second charge with a bond of Released on own recognizance.what does this mean for him will he see some years or will he only get probation.

No one can answer what he will get, but as you said, he is facing life. Obviously, he needs an attorney to help minimize the consequences as much as possible.
