Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
MMy boyfriend is currently in prison and completed an in patient program while on community control and wants to know if he can get that credited to his time served. he did five years on this charge and was let out on community control but violated and the prison took his gain time but from what the judge said he was to keep it. what should he do?
