Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Is it possible that a petit theft crime that was at first issued as just a ticket to appear in court that turned into a misdeminer on my record now.can it be changed into a infraction by the courts/judge if explained that it in fact was just a ticket of a item less than $25
