Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Need some professional help please ! My fiance just violated his felony probation gaining three unarmed burglary charges and a grand theft charge this is his first time being on probation first time violating and his third time being in trouble he went to court yesterday and the only offer they had because of not even having the police report was four years in prison they are negotiating something different because he was the sole provider for me and his unborn child I'm wanting to know if him getting out of prison is even an option and is there anything he should suggest to help negotiate thank you for your help

You should be talking about this with his attorney as a different can't interfere with their attorney client relationship. In very general terms, it sounds like you are on the right track. Just give as much information to his attorney that will be helpful and they can use that in court or negotiations.
