Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If I am pursuing a suit under civil for a debt, can the suit be brought up for criminal fraud suit because the monies were lend on a promise to repay because of an action done by the borrowers part. I was promised repayment because of a loan arrangement by the bank, they have since received the loan and others like it yet I have not been repaid. There are no documents in witting to state that except for the original loan. Could I pursue criminally

Criminal suits are brought by the state, so no, you can't bring a criminal suit.
